I recently took my pet to Tug of fur, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, and they truly went above and beyond to ensure my pet felt comfortable throughout the grooming process. My dog came out looking absolutely fantastic—clean, fresh, and with a shiny coat. The facility was clean and well-maintained, and I could tell they genuinely care about animals. I highly recommend this grooming shop to anyone.
This is my go-to store for all pet supplies and cat grooming. The owners and staff are incredibly kind and warm, and they handle our cat with lot of care. Very satisfied with the grooming services.As for the store, they often have things that are at times not available at other pet stores. Good quality products, and a good variety. Plus if you need something specific, they would even arrange it for you. I have also seen fairly larger number of cat products wrt dog products, than other stores.
We are very Happy with the Tug of Fur team.Special Thanks to Mr Barry, he picked our pet from home and also dropped him back after the Grooming session.The entire team was very polite and also supportive. They took care of our Pup during the entire Grooming session and we were also able to see it, which is not possible in other places.The price is also not high and they have discounts on Grooming sessions on Wednesday and Thursday. They do have 3 months subscription plan, which I find it is also very reasonable with attractive discounts.
The groomers here are extremely gentle, kind & loving with our Shih Tzu, Tuffy. Very different experience from most of the larger chains. They take time to work through his knots gently & patiently. He smells great after the sessions ( the fragrance is not too overpowering, unlike some of the other salon experiences we have had )
Have visited this place multiple times for our both cats. They take good care and do a fabulous grooming job. Highly recommended.
Set-up for grooming is below average, bathroom is very very congested & does not even have bath tub which u usually found in other dog spas, also the brush, comb & other grooming tools are very very old. Therapeutic oil massage is a waste of money
Tug of fur is our go to place always for Roonie's grooming. The staff here are not only professional but also incredibly friendly. The best part is the transparency while the whole grooming is going on. The facility is well maintained. Reasonable rates and my pet came out looking smart and smelling good.I personally loved their logo as it's unique and stands out. I Highly recommend tug of fur for grooming and all essential needs.
Visited this spa for my kitten and my kitten loved it!! One of the best places for your pets around Sarjapur. The staff here are very friendly and they take care of the pets like their own. I highly recommend this.Keep doing a great job and keep growing! 😀
I needed my labradoodle groomed just after we moved from the US to Bangalore and I am so glad I chose Tug of Fur. My Toby is not used to getting groomed yet, so he was especially nervous and difficult, but they handled him very well and didn't put any extra stress on him. They took their time to do everything very professionally and Toby was happy and so comfortable in the end. We will be coming back!
Found this place as suggestion in Google Maps while looking for a spa for my fur baby. Upon contacting, received a very courteous and prompt response. They accommodated the request as per my convenience. We reached and we were greeted by the staff. They were very friendly and welcoming and most important, they took our pet as there own and treated well. For a full service, they spent nearly 2.5 hours for a poodle. We had to leave, and roam around. Initially we were skeptical why so much time, but end result was really great. I was bit worried that our fur baby would be anxious and uncomfortable for spending that much time under scissors and clippers, but seems like he did not mind and made some good friends. Overall great service and friendly staffs.Cons- Parking for 4 wheeler is bit a problem as space would not be available. You will have to park in road little bit away from the establishment. We were lucky to get a place near. This can be improved.
I recently took my cat to this pet grooming center and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. The staff were extremely friendly. They took the time to listen to my concerns and requests for my cat's grooming needs.The grooming itself was top-notch. My cat looked amazing after the session. They paid attention to even the smallest details like trimming her nails and cleaning her ears, which I appreciated. My cat can be quite anxious, but the groomers were patient and gentle, making her feel comfortable throughout the process.The center itself was clean and well-maintained. I could tell that the staff takes pride in their work and their facility. They even had a small retail section where I was able to purchase some high-quality pet care products.Overall, I would highly recommend this pet grooming center to anyone looking for a reliable and professional grooming service for their furry friends. I will definitely be returning with my cat for her next grooming appointment
