The groomers here are extremely gentle, kind & loving with our Shih Tzu, Tuffy. Very different experience from most of the larger chains. They take time to work through his knots gently & patiently. He smells great after the sessions ( the fragrance is not too overpowering, unlike some of the other salon experiences we have had )

I needed my labradoodle groomed just after we moved from the US to Bangalore and I am so glad I chose Tug of Fur. My Toby is not used to getting groomed yet, so he was especially nervous and difficult, but they handled him very well and didn't put any extra stress on him.
